Neville has a strong track record in the management of complex businesses and has held a number of Senior Board positions including his last role as CEO of a multi-million pound property and service organisation.

His experience ranges from a multitude of industry sectors as well as a variety of roles. He has managed large teams of up to 2500 people with the management and delivery of profit budgets in excess of £35million.

Not only this but he has assisted companies in turning around their business and has dealt in the insolvency market. There are not many areas of business that he has not had some level of experience.

Through his varied experience and knowledge of driving efficiencies resulting in higher profit margins, he is able to assist the majority of firms identify business cost reduction opportunities. Once these have been identified he is able to deliver solutions that are normally unavailable to most businesses’ as he can leverage his high client and purchasing power.
